We collect your personal information with your explicit consent, for the purpose of providing independent nutrition and dietetic services.

What we collect

• Your booking details when you get in touch: your name, email address, phone number and an optional note about your enquiry
• Information provided as part of your consent form
• Further clinical information from reports shared by other health professionals

What we do with your information

We use this information for:

• Professional clinical record keeping
• Sharing information with relevant health professionals, where appropriate
• Scheduling your appointments and sending confirmations and reminders
• Processing payments through Stripe (we never see or store your card details)

Data collected in relation to new enquiries is kept for 6 months and then securely deleted.

Security

We are committed to keeping your information secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we use encrypted electronic systems and standard operating procedures to safeguard the information we collect. Our records are stored in a database hosted in the London region, and transactional emails are sent through a GDPR-compliant provider.

As the internet is a global environment, collecting and processing data online may involve transmitting information internationally. By browsing our website and communicating with us electronically, you acknowledge this. We will always take appropriate steps to protect your personal information in line with our data protection standards.
