Working together

We're glad to be working with you at Nourish with B. These terms and conditions help us provide you with the best possible support.

During your first session, you'll discuss and agree the support you need with your dietitian, and together you'll monitor your progress as you go along. All appointments are delivered by an HCPC-registered dietitian.

Appointments and pricing

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP):

• Discovery call: free (15 to 20 minutes)
• Initial consultation (45 to 60 minutes): £75 virtual, £95 face-to-face in Leicester
• Follow-up appointment (30 to 45 minutes): £50 virtual, £65 face-to-face in Leicester
• Weight management package (three 30-minute consultations): £150 virtual, £200 face-to-face

Prices may be updated from time to time. The price displayed at the time of booking is the price you will be charged.

Payment

Payment for paid appointments is taken at the time of booking through Stripe, our secure payment provider, and your booking is confirmed once payment is complete. We never handle or store your card details ourselves.

Cancellations

Please attend your sessions regularly. If you need to cancel, let your dietitian or our admin team know by email at least 48 hours before your session. You can also cancel or reschedule an upcoming appointment from your account, up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

If you miss your appointment, or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you won't be entitled to a full refund. Admin and any additional costs will be deducted and you'll receive a 50% refund.

If you've booked a package and no longer wish to continue, you'll receive a 50% refund for any remaining appointments. If you miss an appointment that's part of a package, you won't receive an additional appointment in its place.

Video consultations

Video consultations are held over Google Meet; a joining link is included with your booking confirmation. It's your responsibility to make sure you have a stable internet connection and are in a private environment suitable for discussing personal information.

Medical advice and medication

We may recommend nutritional supplements based on your assessment, and may occasionally suggest you discuss medication changes (such as insulin doses) with your GP or consultant. It remains your responsibility to contact them directly about any medication or supplement changes.

If you need a letter written to your GP, this is included as part of your care. Please tell us about any medical conditions, medicines or supplements you take, so we can carry out an appropriate assessment.

Our services provide nutrition and dietetic guidance based on the information you share with us. They are not a substitute for consultation with your GP or medical team, and Nutrition Made Simple Ltd is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from dietary changes made without medical supervision where such supervision was recommended.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed during your sessions is confidential. However, if your dietitian has serious concerns about your safety or someone else's, or where required by law, we may need to contact your GP or the relevant authorities.

Your dietitian keeps a password-protected record of your name, contact details, and appointment dates and times, along with brief notes on the focus of your sessions. Any reports generated to evaluate our service use anonymised data only, with no identifying information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
